Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any subject, with at least one paper of Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, Sociology, or Psychology studied at the graduate level. OR A Bachelor’s degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard (Higher Secondary) level.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must have studied English and at least one local language (Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo) as subjects in their HSLC examination.
- Computer Skills: Must hold a valid Computer Course Certificate of minimum 6 (six) months duration from a government-recognized institute and demonstrate ease in keying data through handheld devices
2. Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 years.
- Maximum Age: 40 years.
- Age will be verified exclusively through the HSLC / Class X Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized board.
Upper Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC / MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
Documents Requirements
- The candidate must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate issued within the State of Assam.
- Candidates already serving in regular government posts must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority.
- A self-declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A must be submitted when required.
