Eligibility Criteria NABARD Young Professional Recruitment 2026

Candidates must meet the specific educational and age requirements to be eligible.

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates generally need a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum marks (usually 60% for Graduates and 55% for Post Graduates) from a recognized university.

Mandatory Experience: Almost all posts require a minimum of 1 year of prior relevant work experience in a reputed organization.

2. Age Limit

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years

Salary & Contract Duration

Monthly Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹70,000/-.
Contract Period: The engagement is initially for 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance.
