Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply?)

1. Educational Qualification
- For Counsellor: You must have a Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development, or Nursing. Experience of 3 years is required (1 year for PLHIV candidates).
- For Laboratory Technician: Candidates must hold a B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or a Diploma (DMLT) with a course duration of at least 2 years.
- For Procurement Assistant: A B.Com degree with 5 years of experience is required.
- For Managerial Roles (Directors): Candidates typically need an MBBS, Master’s in Public Health, or relevant PG degree with specific experience in the health sector.

2. Age Limit (As on 01/04/2025)
- Cluster Programme Manager: Maximum 45 Years.
- Lab Technician & Counsellor: Maximum 60 Years.
- Deputy/Assistant Directors: Maximum 62 Years.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be call for the next stage. The list will be publish on the official website asacs.assam.gov.in 10 days before the test.
- Written Test / Interview: Candidates will have to appear for a written test and/or viva voce.
